Second, aluminum cutting heat sink: Although the problem that the aluminum extrusion type can not achieve the effect is solved from the heat dissipation area but the precision of the mold directly affects the overall shape and heat dissipation capacity of the heat sink. Therefore, more and more manufacturers began to use the precision tools of the processing machinery to directly cut the ingots into the shape we want, which will make no deformation during the processing and allow various impurities enter in the heat sink during the aluminum extrusion. In this way, the heat dissipation area can be maximized.
Third, aluminum extrusion heat sink: This is an excellent heat sink material widely used in modern heat dissipation. The majority of the industry use the 6063T5 high-quality aluminum with the purity over 95% and it is extremely popular with manufacturers with its strong thermal conductivity, low density and low price. Taking the thermal resistance value and calorific value of Intel and AMDCPU, the aluminum extrusion manufacturers develop the corresponding mold. The aluminum ingot  is heated to a certain temperature and the  physical form will be changed. Then raw materials for various heat sinks we want can be produced from the mold and we can use them after the cutting, grooving, grinding, deburring, cleaning and surface treatment.
